Percy Morgan was a right-handed batter and seam bowler who played once for Glamorgan in 1925, appearing against Nottinghamshire at Swansea.

He had attended Christ College, Brecon where he became the school’s first centurion in the annual match against Llandovery College. Other good innings saw Percy was chosen to appear for the Glamorgan Colts in 1923. Appearances for the Club and Ground side followed in 1924 before some impressive innings by the trainee accountant for Neath CC led to his selection in the Glamorgan side for the closing Championship match of 1925.

The match against Nottinghamshire proved though to be his sole appearance in first-class cricket, although Percy did appear later during the 1930s for the Club’s 2nd XI in their Minor County matches. In his youth Percy had also played rugby for Neath RFC.
