First-class victories during 1981:

April 25, 27, 28 v Oxford University at The Parks – won by 84 runs.

June 17, 18, 19 v Warwickshire at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff – won by an innings and 61 runs.

July 15, 16, 17 v Yorkshire at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff – won by 10 wickets

Aug 12, 13, 14  v Warwickshire at Edgbaston – won by 35 runs.
