
Paul Warren was a talented schoolboy cricketer at Blundell`s School. He played Minor County cricket for Devon when he was seventeen years old, and in 1996 Paul appeared in 2nd XI cricket for Somerset.
Whilst studying at the University of Glamorgan, the young seam bowler played in several 2nd XI matches for Glamorgan during 1997 as well as in their friendly against Oxford University at The Parks. He went wicketless in the game and did not bat.
