Jack Grealy was a policeman who had a fine record as a bowler in club cricket for Abergavenny, Abertillery and Ebbw Vale.
The right-handed batter and fast-medium bowler made his Glamorgan debut in 1943 against the Anti-Aircraft Command in their friendly match at Barry Island. The following summer he also played at the same venue for the Welsh county against the West of England XI.
Jack also appeared at the Arms Park in 1943 for the Glamorgan Future team which met a scratch county XI on a one-day friendly.
