Graham Kingston was an all-rounder who spent five years on Glamorgan`s books during the late 1960`s and early 1970`s.

The right-handed batsman and seam bowler had first impressed whilst playing as  a schoolboy for Newport CC and Welsh Schools. Indeed, he made his Championship debut, when only sixteen years of age, against Worcestershire at Colwyn Bay in 1967, and two years later the teenager claimed 6/36 against Derbyshire in Glamorgan`s Sunday League fixture against Derbyshire at Ebbw Vale.

However, Graham never reproduced similar figures in subsequent appearances and he left the county`s staff at the end of the 1971 season. Graham went on to enjoy a fine career with Newport CC besides working as an estate agent in the town.
