Frank Taylor was a regular face in the Neath 1st XI during the first decade of the 20th century and the civil engineer appeared for the Gentlemen of Glamorgan against the Gentlemen of Essex on his homa patch at The Gnoll in 1905 and 1906. However, he did little of note in either game.
