Ben Morris, a right-arm seam bowler, played for Glamorgan in 2022 in their three-day friendly at Sophia Gardens against Cardiff UCCE – a match which was not classed as being first-class – before appearing in 2023 in the county’s showcase one-day game against Herefordshire at Eastnor prior to making his bow in List A cricket in the opening game of the Metro Bank One-Day Cup against Worcestershire at New Road.

In 2024 Ben made his first-class debut when he appeared in the Welsh county’s Championship match against Yorkshire at Sophia Gardens. He also made a couple of appearances in the Metro Bank One-Day Cup competition during 2025.

Educated at King Henry VIII School in Abergavenny, Ben plays cricket for the town’s club and has appeared in Wales age-group teams. He made his debut for Wales Minor Counties and the Glamorgan 2nd XI in 2021.
