Charles Fellows was a barrister in the Home Counties who played once for Glamorganshire – as in July 1867 he was chosen in the team selected by Rev. CP Wood to play Gloucester CC at the Spa Ground in Gloucester. The former pupil of Rugby School opened the batting he made 6 and 8 in what proved to be his only appearance for the Welsh county and came about from the fact that he was undertaking his legal training in Cardiff whilst a student at Oxford University

Charles was the son of Sir Charles Fellows, a well-known figure in the legal profession, and in the same year he also played for the Gentlemen of Nottinghamshire owing to the fact that his grandparents lived in the East Midlands county. Between 1869 and 1876 Charles also played for the Cotswolds Magpies, and in 1872 was called to the Bar.
